Austin Francis starts the scoring with an 8 yard TD run and a 32 yard TD run, Addison Wilmington with a 2 point conversion. Start of the second half Kelton Hesson with a 58 yard TD run 2point conversion by Dylan Kidd. Quinton Chapman with 15 yard TD run 2 point no good. Defense was led by Kyle Carter with 5 tackles, Martin Boget with 4 tackles, and Kole Ekstrom with 3 tackles 2 for a loss. Dalton Kidd with a pass break up and EASTON TIEDE-SOUZA with an interception.

The Bomber Freshman Football Team traveled to Highland High School Thursday evening and suffered a 34-14 defeat. Aidan Stevens connected on a 70 yard touchdown pass to Brayden Wright to open the scoring for the Bombers. Jacob Nugent added a rushing touchdown and Noah Donahue capped off the scoring with a 2-point conversion catch from Aidan Stevens. The Bombers are now 2-2 and return to action Monday evening at Delphi at 5:30.

Lady Bombers traveled to Monticello and met their match with Twin Lakes in their third loss of the season. Finishing their 9 hole record 8-3.
Jill Lucero let the Lady Bombers with a low score of 46. Team 2015 completed their score with Kerry Branson-51, Katie Myers-61, and Lauren Powell-63. Kick out scores were Sophie Michael-63, and Abbey Mahan-67. The Lady’s will play in sectionals on September 21st at Tippecanoe. Good Luck Lady Bombers!

The Lady Bombers traveled to Benton Central to take on the Bison on Thursday and started the scoring at the 11 minute mark when Megan Massoels scored on a blast from the right side to give the Lady Bombers a 1-0 lead. During the rest of the first half the defense stepped up and the Lady Bombers lead 1-0 at halftime. In the second half defense again stepped up for both teams. The Bison did score after getting past the Lady Bombers defense to score their lone goal to make the score 1-1. Both teams battle but the match ended in a 1-1 tie. The lady Bombers are 2-3-5 on the season.

The 7th grade volleyball team played Tri-County. The bombers won both matches. Hayley Kingman was aggressive at the net with a kill. She also was 7 for 9 with 2 aces. Zoe Barton, Lauren Moore, and Karly Kaufman had a total of 12 kills. Great job ladies. The 7th grade team is now 3-2. The bombers will play again on September 24th.

The host Bombers took advantage of the home field and got their 8th win of the season by defeating Benton Central on Thursday evening by a score of 10 – 0. Goals were scored by Pierce VanHouten (2), Grant Myers (2), Evan Brandenburg, Braden Dobson, Bryce Nesius, Austin Martinez, Cameron Manns, and Efrain Padron. Assists go to Van Houten with 2, Jerrett Nagel, Joe Rule, Martinez, and JT Bryant. Brandenburg and Zeke Gastineau split time at the goalie spot and recorded a total of 6 saves. The Bombers record is now 8 – 2 – 1.

Our 6th grade Lady Bomber volleyball team was in action again tonight when we traveled to Hanover Central. Our A team came home with a win 25-20, 21-25, 15-11. We were lead in serving by Jessie Ringen who was 11 for 13 with 8 aces and Abby Lucas who was 5 for 8 with 1 ace. We were lead in passing by Jessie Ringen who was 12 for 14 with 1 kill and Abby Ahler who was 5 for 7.
Our B team also came home with a victory 25-20 and 25-24. We were lead in serving by Kloi Austin who was 10 for 11 with 2 aces and Hannah Wisley who was 8 for 11 with 6 aces. Leading us in passing was Kloi Austin who was 5 for 8 and McKenna Massa who was 6 for 6! Our 6th grade lady bombers are back in action Monday September 21st when we travel to North White.

Lady Bombers hosted their last 9 hole match against Lowell. The Bombers improved their record to 8-2 winning 192-240. Low score for the Lady Bombers was Ava Davisson-44. Kerry Branson followed with a 47, Jill Lucero had a 50, and Lauren Powell carded a 51. Kick out score was Katie Myers with a 64.

Maddie Bonder from Lowell was the match medalist with a strong score of 39. Her team members included: Asha Cermak-64, Rachel Anders-68, and Maddie Griggs-69.

Lady Bomber’s JV also played in their last home match- Low Score and personal best was Meredith Lucero-61, followed by Lily Steinke-63, Hillary Hall-64, and Sophie Michael-68. Team total was a 256. Also playing as a Bomber was Leah Trammel-71, Abbey Mahan-72, and Briana Oliver-73.

TEAM 2105 will finish their 9 hole matches Thursday at Twin Lakes.
