Game Recap

Rensselaer Central JV Football team improved to 5-0 on the year with a 43-29 victory of West Lafayette Red Devils. Bombers offense was led by QB Eli Hickman who threw 2 touchdown strike to Noah Bierma and also threw a 2 pt conversion pass to Wyatt Schultz. To finish off his night, Hickman ran in a touchdown and also converted all 5 of his P.A.T attempts after good snaps from Jarred Riegle and holder Bierma. Bombers running attack added 2 other touchdowns on the night with Addison Wilmington and Kiren Hesson rumbling in for a 4th quarter score. Bierma’s night wasn’t over on offense, he also snagged 2 interceptions from his Safety position and Cornerback Keegan Todd added another one. Freshman Lorenzo Ramirez added a fumble recovery. Bombers JV squad will be back in action next Monday as they take on Lafayette Jefferson at Emory Harrison Athletic Complex.
