8th grade Bombers get back to winning ways!
Thursday evening the Bombers took on the Twin Lake Indians and came away with a 48-26 victory! They came out at the start of the game and put everything together the whole 1st half. Offensively and defensively the Bombers were in top form. They worked the ball very well and also shot the ball the best they have all year! Jacob Hillan was on fire tonight as he led the Bombers with 16 pts. Also scoring for the Bombers was Jackson Hughes-10, Alex Gull-8, Noah Bierma-5, Jarred Riegle-4, Eli Hickman-3, and Eli Kosiba-2. The Bombers record now stands at 12-4. Their next game is on Monday night at Frontier.
The Bomber “B” team also played tonight, and were defeated by a score of 38-28. They are continuing to improve every time out. They were led in scoring by Matt McGowan-10, Preston Shuey-7, Owen Davisson in his 1st game of the year had 4, Micah Moore-3, and Keagan Todd and Stephan Duncan both had 2 pts. This brings the “B” record to 4-4 on the year.
